She is a Management Coach and Mentor who runs her own coaching practice since 2008, lead facilitator with IFC / Tamayyaz for Women on Boards & Women in Business Leadership, Lead facilitator with the Mowgli Mentoring with whom she facilitates accredited 360-degree mentoring programs in the MENA region developing Mentors’ skills and matching them with entrepreneurs.
