About this event
Institute for Finance and Governance (IFG) at ESA Business School held a graduation ceremony on July 10th, 2024 for all the graduates of IFG programs. The graduation was preceded by 2 panel discussions.
The first panel discussion was held by the club of directors about the Strategic Role of the Board and the added value of independent directors. It was moderated by the president of the Club of Directors at IFG Dina Harake and the speakers were Elissar Farah Antonios Independent Board Member – Chairperson - Founder & CEO of Soul Ventures Holding, Coralie Zaccar Assistant General Manager at Commercial Insurance, Roland Salloum CEO of FMPS Holding and Georges Khouri President of Kore.
The second panel discussion was held by the (Club des Secretaires de conseil) about the Evolving Role of the Board/ Corporate Secretary. It was moderated by the President of the Club des Secretaires at IFG Katia Medawar, and the speakers were Penelope Abou Hamad Corporate Secretary at Malia Group, Nathaly Dagher Corporate secretary at FFA, Christine Francis Leadership & Culture Transformation Coach & Board Secretary of LLWB and Board Secretary of DOT Lebanon.
The graduates completed four different programs at IFG, the Programs are:

-Board Diversity Program
-Corporate Secretary Program
-Cobit2019 Program
